He/she will be responsible of analysing the candidates in a Selection process in relation with the requested profile, researching means of promotion, screening CVs, assembling candidates and carries out in house interviews. He/she will contact with the external recruitment agencies if needed, and will analyse training courses proposing efficient and effective solutions.
Perfil
We look for a professional with Humanities Degree with an specialisation in Human Resources Management and experience of at least one-three years developing similar functions to the ones described in a company or experience as a consultant. We are looking for professional with service orientation. Communication and problem solving skills needed.
A very high level of English will be also a requirement
